At PGR, each of our products undergoes a systematic design process that begins in our R&D center. Customer demands, usage conditions, and performance expectations are analyzed in detail, and conceptual drafts are created based on these analyses. Our engineering team then validates the designs using finite element analysis (FEA), load simulations, and optimization software, ensuring the optimal balance of geometry, material selection, and manufacturability. During this phase, feedback loops are established through prototyping and simulations, testing the design’s limits and implementing iterative improvements.
