During the production phase, we proceed with a high degree of precision and quality control awareness at every step. Critical operations such as CNC machining, grinding, screed making, and scraping are monitored with closed-loop control systems; machine parameters are continuously recorded, and deviations are detected and addressed instantly. Our operational staff are equipped with training that familiarizes them with process characteristics; this allows us to take measures to minimize human error in critical tolerance zones.
Trust and Integrity at Every Step of Production
In our testing processes, selected parts from each production batch are evaluated in simulation environments using tests such as vibration testing, dynamic load testing, and fatigue testing. Furthermore, in-process quality control (first part, intermediate checks, final checks) prevents the output of defective parts. Thanks to this approach, each part carries a performance guarantee both throughout the production process and in the finished product.
