Our understanding of quality is based on a discipline that encompasses not only the final product but also the entire process. Among the devices we use in production and final inspection are six coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), two Klingelnberg gear measuring machines, surface roughness meters, micrometers, material analysis devices, and gearbox performance testing systems. These devices verify both dimensional tolerances and functional metrics at the micron level.

Our measuring machines are used to check all gear dimensions according to international standards and can measure with a precision of +- 1 micron. Used in gear manufacturing, these machines provide significant benefits in producing gears with precision and ensuring quiet operation. They perform their measurements and checks according to international gear standards such as DIN and AGMA, and determine the quality group they fall into according to these standards.

Industry 4.0 Compatible

Thanks to its "Closed Loop" feature, it can communicate with the production machine and send correction information to the machine based on the measurement results. This feature is compatible with Industry 4.0.
