Recruitment and Positioning
In line with this, your job applications are evaluated sensitively by our team that are experienced in their field and qualified candidates are interviewed. Equality of opportunity is ensured by performing personality, foreign language and other tests according to qualifications required in a particular position.
Vacant positions are announced on carrier websites. Candidates who are competent enough for the required positions are invited to interview by our Human Resources Department and then the recruitment process is started.
In consequence of interviews, applications of candidates not evaluated for current position are kept in our database to be evaluated in other positions. All candidates are informed about the result of recruitment process.
Your information in applications and CVs kept in our database are protected under strict confidentiality as per LPPD.

Internship Program
As a social responsibility, an internship program is applied in Polat Group in order to help our students complete their vocational, technical and personal developments.
Interns who are subject to statutory or voluntary internship courses can apply to our company for internship program organized for High School and University students. After applications are evaluated, selected students are interviewed in one-by-one or group form, then selected candidates are recruited in the internship program.
